Project Manager - Building Automation System 

At our headquarters in Adliswil, just 15 minutes from the metropolis of Zurich, our passion lies in innovative smart home solutions. We are an independent, owner-managed Swiss company specializing in the development of hardware and software solutions for building automation. Our patented SMART PLACE system enables intuitive control of all building automation needs – from lighting and climate control to sauna settings – via a centrally installed touch panel or remotely using a mobile device.

 

Sounds interesting? Then become part of our team! We are looking for a Project Manager 100%, available immediately or by arrangement, who is eager to take on ambitious challenges, is highly motivated, and has a passion for technology.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to drive the success of our state-of-the-art solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and plan projects, ensuring structured execution and goal attainment
  • Manage and delegate schematic diagrams
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, including foundational work and solution concepts
  • Drive new business acquisition through presentations in our showroom, at client locations or online
  • Provide exceptional client consultation and support, in-person, by phone, and via E-mail, serving as a highly valued contact person
  • Serve as a crucial interface and support for our IT and  technical department.

What You Bring:

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., Electrical Planner, Electrician, Automation Engineer)
  • Further education in project management or equivalent work experience  is a significant advantage
  • 2-3 Years of experience in building automation would be a plus 
  • Experience as a Project Manager in the electrical sector (planning or execution)
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with a rapid grasp of complex tasks, working structured, self-reliant, and independently
  • Professional and engaging approach with customers and a strong affinity for sales
  • Profound team player  with great communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Category B driving license
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
